As the Senior UX Designer, I was responsible for getting the Estimate Builder tool back on schedule for its MVP launch. My role involved redesigning the tool from the ground up to ensure it was competitive in the market, addressing users’ current working environments, and meeting the product go-live date. This required conducting thorough market analysis, designing for all mobile breakpoints, and aligning the team. Regular collaboration with the Product Owner was essential to ensure the correct features were designed and implemented by working closely with developers for a successful launch.

Online Access is an application designed to empower individuals to manage their own financial portfolios independently. It allows account holders to make adjustments to their accounts directly, eliminating the need to visit a local branch or consult a CPA over the phone. My responsibilities included not only the design of the Profile and Settings sections but also the information architecture. I focused on organizing the various settings into clear, understandable categories, all within a mobile-first design framework.

This application enables employers to switch from paper-based to electronic I-9 forms, facilitating the generation, auditing, and correction of each uploaded form. It simplifies the process of creating and updating documents for all parties involved, and supports the uploading and processing of paper I-9 forms. My role encompassed designing the entire workflow, from initial ideation and wireframing to creating high-fidelity prototypes for the uploading, processing, and remediation of I-9 forms.

I played a key role in the development of the Employee Portal, crafting a user-centric interface that enables employers and HR representatives to efficiently access various employee management applications. Collaborating with two other designers, my primary focus was on designing features related to Help & Support, report generation, search functionality, and the overall user dashboard workflow.
