Design Challenge
User Scenario: Mary is a single working mother of 2 teenage boys. She regularly has to make convenient, quick, and easy dinner choice for herself and the boys, who all are constantly on the go between work, school and sport schedules. Mary and her boys love pizza, but the ordering process is sometimes a hassle they don’t enjoy dealing with and it’s challenging to figure out how it fits into their busy schedules.
Business Goal: St. Louis local pizza establishment, Imo’s Pizza, is committed to increasing sales on it’s digital channel, as a part of a wholistic customer experience growth strategy
Design Challenge: Produce 1-3 deliverables, of any fidelity, showing how you might think through and solution this problem. Your deliverables could be anything from site designs showing how you might change the digital experience, or they could be interview guides and research plans, showing how you would go about collecting user data. They could be anything in between – either a known deliverable like a Journey map, or something else that you invent.
Please be prepared to talk though your deliverables, both in content and the rationale for why you created them and the role they will play in solving this particular, business/ user problem.
